Clublo is a football career trivia game available at playclublo.com. This notice explains what information is processed when you use the site.

Information we process

• Anonymous daily totals for events such as page views, games started, completed games and multiplayer room use.
• A random session identifier, the part of Clublo being viewed and a recent activity timestamp used to estimate how many visitors are currently online.
• Temporary multiplayer information including the display name you choose, room code, scores and round state.
• If you choose to sign in, your verified email address, provider account identifier, optional profile name and Clublo nickname. Clublo does not receive your Google or ChatGPT password.
• Short browser and API error descriptions used to find technical problems. Repeated errors are grouped together.
• Information you voluntarily send through the feedback form, including your message and email address.
• Basic technical logs that the hosting provider may process to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this information to operate accounts and multiplayer rooms, keep your nickname between visits, understand whether the game works, fix errors, improve questions and respond when you ask for a reply. We do not use the anonymous event counter to identify individual visitors.

Retention

Multiplayer rooms expire automatically after approximately six hours. Online-presence records are ignored after two minutes and old records are routinely removed after 24 hours. Aggregate event totals contain no player identifier. Error summaries and feedback are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to operate and improve Clublo or respond.

Third-party resources

If you choose Google or ChatGPT sign-in, that provider processes the authentication request under its own privacy terms and returns basic profile details to Clublo. Clublo stores account, gameplay, device-linked player profile and operational data in Google Cloud Firestore in the European Union. Some football crest images are delivered by third-party image hosts. Loading those images may disclose ordinary request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to that host. Clublo is hosted using cloud infrastructure that processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the site.

Analytics and advertising

Clublo uses first-party, aggregate event counters to understand game starts, completions and feature use. These counters do not include names, email addresses or room codes. Advertising services, including Google AdSense, may be used when enabled. AdSense scripts and ad units load only after the relevant consent choice. Google processes advertising data under its own privacy terms.

Your choices and rights

You do not need an account to play. Do not include sensitive personal information in a display name or feedback message. If you supplied contact information and want a message corrected or deleted, use the contact form and provide enough detail for the request to be located.
